Helixultimate - Afer Migration To Joolma 4.4 Some Pages Produce 500 Behavior::caption Not Found

I'm using the Helixultimate Template (2.0.18). Previously in a Joomla 3.1 website, which I migrated to 4.4. Everything looked fine and seemed to work. But at a second glace some pages (single content) produce "500 behavior::caption not found". Can I fix it?

I saw you renamed template, and I don't know if you updated all files inside /html folder from your current template to be sure if site is using a new code, hmm?
I suggest two steps:
- Install raw Helix Ultimate template and set it as default template for a while (5 min) , and check those subpage again where you saw Error 500.
- If (1) will not help to remove problem then in Global Configuration enable that to see more details about source of error

I was thinking of redoing the modifications in the template from scratch - but if the raw template doesn't work either, this is no point. By the way: I get the same situation in another version in a subdomain with Joomla 5 and a different database.
Re-Edit: I saw in line two that the template still refers to my modified template even if it is no longer standard. In my Joomly 5 subdomain I completely deleted the modified template and reinstalled helix ultimate. This fixed the error. (http://2024.rgzv-delbrueck.de/verein.html) But now I sadly have to redo my template.
