Have you installed the latest version 2.0.18? This fixes a bug with the language files.

Hi,

yes, it was fixed in Nov/Dec. Just update template, or just language filefrom it.

I'm using template Investa and tried to upload template Helix Ultimate, some worked but some languages were missing. http://chp.demo.satumalaysiahosting.com/images/0_marketech/missing-003.jpg

In tip 9, all is explained what to do. Just read again, start from "If your template is based on Helix Ultimate..."
