Have you installed the latest version 2.0.18? This fixes a bug with the language files.

Hi,

yes, it was fixed in Nov/Dec. Just update template, or just language filefrom it.

I'm using template Investa and tried to upload template Helix Ultimate, some worked but some languages were missing.

In tip 9, all is explained what to do. Just read again, start from "If your template is based on Helix Ultimate..."
