SP Page Builder Pro Installation Problem

I have installed Joomla and set up the web page using the SP Page Builder FREE version.

I just bought SPPB pro Tepmlates Personal today and installed it, and then the webpage became unusable.

Then I removed them all and installed them back to the SPPB FREE version and it was ready to use.

How should I deal with this?

Sorry，it's my problem. My test web server is php v7.2 + mysql 5.7.42. I use the SPPB FREE(v5.2.5) is ok , but use the SPPB pro(v5.2.5) is not work.

I check the SPPB PRO v5.2.5 spec is PHP 8.0 + MySQL 8. I change to use the SPPB PRO(v3.8.10). It's ok, but not user friendly.

I asked the customer service of the website, and he said that currently there is only PHP 8.2+MySQL 5.7, and there is no PHP8.2+Mysql 8.

So, can SPPB pro v5.2 use Mysql 5.7? If not, I can only use SPPB pro v3.8.10.

Sorry, you have to update MySQL version to use SP Page Builder 5. Please check the technical requirements
