Form Builder Not Received Any Email

i meet another problem，the system serve stmp setting and the form builder has set receipt email([email protected])，but i haven received any email from my site，even if i have send the test mail https://prnt.sc/RcJbDErddC08 https://prnt.sc/k0Hwx7nUV4jx https://prnt.sc/K2wql9o-C858
