the site has the latest version of Joomla! 5.0.2. Mobile menus on One Clip and Qubic onepage templates work fine on other sites.

I have checked and you are using Onepage template from us, which is not supported anymore. And it is not compatible with Joomla 5, so hopefully it still works with Joomla 4. The OneClip and Qubic templates are supported by us though.
