How To Link Image Into A New Tab?

I have a problem with the Image settings in SPPB 5.2.5. I use J5.02 but I cannot find the link, how to open the added link in a new tab. I have exported pages from SPPB 3.9.10 and imported to a new domain in to 5.2.5 In the old version all images are linked in a new tab, but new version does not. How can I change this? I cannot find an option.

Accepted AnswerI have removed SP 5.-.- from my domain. It works terrible for me, so I replaced it with the old school version 3.8.9, so may be when you have fixed all bugs and problems I will try it again after a year or so. Sorry, but you put this version on the market way too early.
