Hello,

Thanks for contacting us. Could you please keep a full site backup and reinstall page builder? If possible install the latest version of SPPB and try again.

I did what you said and a lot of things deleted on my website !! What an unprofesional unswer was that?

fix the bloody problems on sp page builder! It was a completely shity decision to reinstall page builder.

Please notice that from November 2023 I have tried to upgrade from joomla 3 to 4. I rebuild the website from scratch. I'm spending many hours editing things. I don't like to lose time for beginner pieces of advice to uninstall and re-install it.

I like page builder and helps my website to become much better but you have huge problems still! Before 2 years (when I started using it) the interface was more unstable. Now things are better. But they are not perfect. And be sure that you don't want me start reporting the errors...

Even like this the icons are ok. I'm searching the https://fontawesome.com/v5/search?o=r&m=free or I ask chat gpt opinion.

PLEASE do not do something that can break down my website. I was working for 8 hours yesterday fixing problems. Even if I have a back up you delay me approximately an hour by re-install the website online.

Then its better not to touch your site. If possible keep a full site backup so that I can directly forward your site to our DEV team, so that they can access that and try to fix your issue. If you give me permission then I will forward it to our DEV team otherwise not.

Thank you very much. For now I'm updating a lot of things and it will take me some time. let me organize other things more ergent and then I'll be back to you.

In general the website is working just fine. Thanks for your ideas and I'll be back to you after some days-monts.
