Eventum Quick Install is Broken. I am Trying To Get Some Support From One Week

Eventum Quick install is broken, i am trying to seek support. Nobody is bothered.
- It wont update administrator user name and password. After repairing this cannot save anything.
Now i installed keynote quick install it is also not working. cannot save anything including licensing details error "Could not save data. Error: %s"
Please respect paid customers plea and time.
