Hello i have installed quickstart it is not updating username and password for admin section. PLEASE read the query before you send links to follow.

Since there was no support from you from the past few days. We dont make customers Suffer, we tried different quickstart SP Keynote. This we cannot update license details and also cannot save anything from backend and the pages from SP page builder shows empty. We cannot take the site offline, so we are altering configuration.php

Now i deleted all the templates and DESPERATELY waiting for your support, trying to understand what to do next.

Please let us know which WORKING template to install for my conference.

I understand your situation. The issue is not happening on our end. Please share your environment details including OS, PHP version, Database version etc. Let me check.

Windows 10 Tried 8.0, 8.1 & 7.4 (first changed the version to 8.X and loaded as suggested by you in a different thread) MySQL

Other sites are working in the same environment.

Can you run fresh Joomla 4 on your machine? If that so, then our quickstart will also run. Unfortunately, I do not windows to check your issue. Could you please share me your cPanel access so that I can try installing a quickstart?

ok I have installed a fresh joomla it worked.

So, we tried to install eventum quickstart, having problem. error message JLIB_INSTALLER_ABORT_REFRESH_MANIFEST_CACHE

Could not referesh manifest cache for extension:mod_latestactions.

Please remove everything and start of fresh. Thanks

Apology for the delay. I have found the issue on the installation. I have shared it with the development team. It will be fixed soon. I will let you know here when it resolves.

Gaving problem with keynote quickinstaller also. If eventum takes time can you pls install keynote thanks

Why simply stall time, you have not even checked. I just saw the database timestamp and configuration timestamp. Nothing done.

I do not know how you have checked. I have added this on your server (in the hidden content) and found your issue. Then I have found the same on my localhost. I will talk to the development team and will share a fix by today. I am sorry for the unwanted delay and inconvenience.

However, Keynote installation works fine on my localhost. If you want, then I can try it on your server. You have to share the access again.

I have talked with the team. The quickstart package has issues. It will be fixed by today. I will update you here.

The development team has fixed the issue. Please download the quickstart from JoomShaper site and install. It will work now.
