Quickstart Package Installed, Site Destroyed After Trying To Make An Update

Hello, I have installed the quickstart package floox_quickstart_j4_v2.0.0.zip and cannot update to the next higher version of Joomla. An error message came up. I then followed the following instruction from the Joomla page https://docs.joomla.org/J4.x:FatalError and now my entire site is destroyed and I can no longer access the backend. What do i have to do?
