Search Indexing Error

SP Page Builder 1 year ago

Hi, I updated my Joomla site with Educon Template from J 3.12 to J4 with SP Page Builder 3.8 and after some problems resolved with your support, everything is ok now. I enabled smart search, indexed my site and installed a new smart search form on my site and everything was ok. Today I tried to backup the entire site and restore to another area of my domain, to test the upgrade to J5, because the pre-installation of the upgrade was OK in every situation. After the update, the temporary site was ok and I proceeded to update SP Page Builder Pro to version 5.2.6 and everything was ok, but when I cleared all the cache and reindexed my site I get a popup with this error: "Call to undefined method SplmsHelper::getItemid()". However, if I browse the pages a bit, after a while, I find that there are some lines indexed in the search engine, but if I re-index everything the same error appears. How can I solve it? Tx in advance.

Thanks for the backup. I have checked your issue. SP LMS is not compatible with Joomla 5. Please use Joomla 4 and check your issue. We will update the component with Joomla 5 compatiblity soon.

You are welcome 😊

I have a humble request. It would be very kind of you if you can manage some moment to give us feedback on

  1. Joomla Extension Directory
  2. TrustPilot

This will inspire us to improve.

This site is a test site, where I upgraded to J5 and encountered the search engine indexing problem. Please tell me the changes you will make, because I will have to post them on the online site. If they are complicated, I will first update them on the online site and then ask you to log in to fix them. Thank you!

Your administrator is not loading. Please unblock Bangladesh (country) if you have any location block.

I checked Joomla and didn't find anything that would block. There is no .htaccess file in the root of my hosting and I don't know where the access block is active. In any case, I created a new super administrator account.
