Smart Search Error On Indexing

Smart Search indexing fails when the Smart Search - SP Page Builder plugin is enabled and does not when it is disabled. I really need a new Page Builder page to be indexed, so any help would be appreciated.

I’ve identified that three of your SP Page Builder pages are using the Articles Slider override addon, which is causing the current issue with Smart Search indexing.

Please delete the Articles Slider override addon from the following pages (If no need these Test and test-articles-slider delete thse pages and in service page remove this addon block only):

  1. Test
  2. test-articles-slider
  3. Service

Once removed, the error should no longer occur during indexing.

Let us know once this is done or if you need further assistance.

That worked, but a better solution would have been to fix the addon that came with Wayne Corp, no?

This Articles Slider is a override addon, We recommend use Articles Scroller instead of Articles Slider.

Yes, that is what I did, although I can't fully replicate the look and feel. But as the Article Slider came with the template, I had the notion that it wouldn't cause problems with the finder that came with SPPB.

There were 4 pages in the Trash, which I have now permanently deleted. Everything should be working correctly.
