Installation Error

I just purchased a Quickstart Template and upon installation received the following error when attempting to do any interraction with the site 0 Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension   extension_id.
I can see from about a year ago on the forum this has been a problem, yet you have not bothered to resolve it. Please kindly assist with prompt solution. It is causing me embarrasment

Sorry for your experience. Are you using Wayne Corp template there?
Which PHP version you have currently, please? Wayne Corp template supports PHP 8.0 maximum for now.
Have you checked and fulfilled all the technical requirements and PHP configuration from here?
