problems with the installation

HI,
the website www.naturaebuonavita.it
crashed after installing SPPage Builder Pro package
Version: 3.8.10. I get the error "Call to undefined method SpPgaeBuilderBase::k2CatList()" and everything is blocked.

Ciao Giuseppe,

and what SPPB version you had before?
What is full template name?
Do you use K2 component? If yes, we don't support it anymore.

As I know K2 doesn't work in Joomla 4 nor Joomla 5 anymore.
