Problems With The Installation

HI, the website www.naturaebuonavita.it crashed after installing SPPage Builder Pro package Version: 3.8.10. I get the error "Call to undefined method SpPgaeBuilderBase::k2CatList()" and everything is blocked.

- and what SPPB version you had before?
- What is full template name?
- Do you use K2 component? If yes, we don't support it anymore.

As I know K2 doesn't work in Joomla 4 nor Joomla 5 anymore.
