Anchor link not working for me

I am using an anchor and added the anchor in Row as specified in this forum thread - https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/1975

However,m it is just not working on the template I have (Fortune).

Please help. See demo site link - http://janadians.com/maple/

I have placed anchor link on button in hero area.

Thank you, but I got it working. Unfortuneately I was placing the hashtag (#) as part of the section ID. Resolved.
