Investa Footer - Strange Glow?

On the bottom of the investa template footer I have modified the footer to include the correct logo file.

When the page loads, sometimes it has a strage white glow behind the logo?

When I refresh the page it vanishes:

Any ideas what is causing this? It happened on another site I did with this logo.

Hi Neil,

remove animation effect from that addon. Yes, from settings.

Or just create a new Image addon and choose that same image.

There doesn't seem to be any animation that I can find. All the ones I see are switched off.
