Search console shows that the SP Pagebuild page content is being crawled and indexed - is there a way to stop this?

THe menu item should be crawled and index, not the Itemid:

/?Itemid=289

Would you please describe your issue a bit more with example screenshots to understand it better? You do not want to include SPPB page content into search result?

However, did you mean your url seems taking id's instead of a good looking URL pattern?
