New Position For Custom Module On Top Menu

Hi, there is any possibiltes do easy add new button on top-right (on right near social icons) with Custom Module in Joomla? 
What position for module I must choose?

One of idea will be:
- Use that same module position as you used for language flag module (I guess, it was "menu")
- Then use Custom CSS and change order of displayed modules, if somehow order from Joomla Module Manager will not work.

Create a Custom Header (guide in Helix documenation) and you need 3 columns: logo+menu+top3
and then just publish modules in the order you need. Yes, in Joomla Module Manager - if you select position in Filter, later you can change order of modules in display view. This feature was in J3 as well.
