Ok thks here is the link and some info from. I had some problem with Cassiopeia before uninstall it and reinstall it dont know if that also create some problem here? I use only Helix Ultimate on this..

It doesn't look like Helix issue, maybe Joomla goes crazy, reinstall CMS and check what plugins you have, maybe one of them make that mess, or used widgets.

Please ask on forum.joomla.org - I don't have any idea, sorry.
