How did You Put Photo With Castle On The Main Page Of Educon Template?

Hello! Let me please ask a question regarding the work with Educon template available by the link:

This is a very good template but I can not find how replace the gray panel on the main page. In your sample, I can see photo of a castle. But how to put a castle (or somethingelse) there to? I don't want to change the code, I would like do it by means of the template itself. Thank you!
