I am receiving the error 'Request failed with status code 500' when I navigate to: SP Page Builder Pro > Pages

I am unable to view, select or edit any of my pages in the backend of my website

Hi Jason,

If you have that issuse after LAST SPPB udpate follow all steps from: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/troubleshooting#unhandled-runtime-error-typeerror-undefined-is-not-an-object-evaluating-i-e-call

they helped many users so far.

If you done somethings else before Error, try to reverse the process. For example change PHP version etc.

Thanks Paul fro your response, I have followed all the instructions within the post, but the problem still persists. Any other ideas?

  1. Tell me since when you have that issue: what you did BEFORE that, I assume that you made update, php change or ???
  2. Please share access as Super User or create me extra "support" account >
