Problem When Switching To Helix Template

I built a page in pagebuilder. It previews nicely. When I assign the menu item for the built page (or any pages) to Helix in Joomla Admin, it fails. I have removed all the CSS from the old template. See the three files. On for the old version, one for the previewed Pagebuilder version, and the final vile s the one that displays the live site after menu assignment.
I see no way to attach a file!
Please advise.

Accepted AnswerI had to move fast so I built a new website from scratch then transferred the wildfarmlands.org domain over. I have 4 more sites that need to be moved over to Helix Ultimate, so I'm not done.
