VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE: Estate Template:: Homepage Spproperties Module Link To Rent, When Sould Be Sell

Given the homepage in Estate shows a list of properties (for rent and sell), I'm having a odd issue with the linked property:

When I click in the link for a Sell property, it sends me to the property but the link shown is 'rent/alias for the property', when sould be 'sell/alias for the property'. You can see here the link: https://prnt.sc/11ax3ns

And here the result https://prnt.sc/11axhp6 with 'alquiler' where should be placed 'Comprar'

What can I do to solve it??

Download the file and replace this file on this file location

components/com_spproperty/models

properties.zip

It appears to be a common issue because it happens to occur in the online preview of the template at the Joomshaper site. Check out here http://demo.joomshaper.com/2018/estate/index.php/rents/5-phasellus-molestie-luctus-leo-nec As you can see, the property is for SELL while the link shows RENTS (which is obviously wrong).

And it happens with the SP PROPERTY PROPERTIES module linked from the homepage created with SP PAGE BUILDER, which seems to behave differently than the different categories do with link from the menu, as I have posted here https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/3201 in another importante issue.

I'm waiting for indications,
