Estate Template: Module In Homepage (made With SP Page Builder) Vs Module Linked In Menu (Properties List From SP PROPERTY))

As you should know, this template have a default homepage created with SP Page builder that includes a Module which links to a Module of SP Property for a list of Properties (whatever the status they have: sell, rent, in hold, etc...)

The poblem is that:

Although in the Homepage the Module shows the Properties properly (that is: with the FIXED PRICE I gave to them in the Admon panel of the SP Property, as you can see here: https://prnt.sc/11ay55y).

When I click on the mainmenu for 'Buy = Comprar' or 'Rent = Alquiler', the list of properties shown now shows relative prices, not fixed (as you can see here https://prnt.sc/11ayl87 and here https://prnt.sc/11ayns4 ).

And the same occurs when listing Properties from link in main menu https://prnt.sc/11azick again relative prices when I marked FIXED PRICES in admon.

Can Anybody tell me why?

What can I do to solve it?

Thanks

pd. I work in local, because as you can imagine I can't upload a web with that kind of problems... although I Can upload you here (to the hidden content box) a file with a .zip file which contains the site

Hello Mon

I understand your issue. Just need some explanation from you. Whenever you set fixed price either it is for sell or rent, do you want the total price or relative price? Whatever you want, I will fix it and share with you.

Best regards

Hello Ofi,

I need the TOTAL PRICES in both cases (rent or sell) as shown in the homepage https://prnt.sc/11ay55y

Thanks,

Please go to this location: templates/shaper_estate/html/mod_spproperty_properties and replace default.php file with the attached file. You need to unzip the file and then replace.

default.php.zip
