In Image addon settings you can find option: Open in Lightbox On/Off

so far this is the only built-in "zoom" feature, whole rest request using Extra Custom CSS by You.

Useful Tips:

1. In Google search: image zoom on hover codepen

(or make research in your native language, and you should find ready css code)

2. Class name used by Image addon
