Sorry, we do not provide customization support. SP Page Builder Tabs addon has been used to make that section. There is also necessary Custom CSS and JavaScript code to make it like this.

I didn't really think about support. I just looked for a tutorial for this effect, after all I love SP Page Builder and have been a subscriber for many years, but I hadn't seen this effect in it. I just thought about the potential of this if it were practical. Thank you anyway.

Install QuickStart Investa and check Page "Services" (SPPB) > that area from it
I think it's what you may need, or at least for inspiration how we did it.
