I remember this feature was available in previous versions, and now customers need it, but I can't find it anymore.

This is a webpage I referenced; the client wanted this effect, which I knew our previous version could achieve, but I can't seem to find it now. Hover the cursor over the image to change it to another relevant image.

You can achieve this effect using the Flip Box Pro addon in SP Page Builder. It allows you to display an alternative image when visitors hover over the element.
Please give this addon a try. It should help you achieve the desired hover image swap effect.

What if I want to link to other pages? Flip Box Pro doesn't seem to support that, right?

The Flip Box Pro addon does not include an option to add links to other pages. This functionality is not supported by the addon.
