[REQUEST] Payment Methods Functionalities

Hello,
I need two main things regarding the payment methods in EasyStore:
- Option to choose which payment method to use for the different countries such as the shipping is working by now.
- Option to add taxes for the different payment methods.
- Optoin to translate the payment methods and everything else! EasyStore is NOT multilingual as it is by now.
- Bank transfer payment method - this should be as a priority!
- Option to add custom fields to the order fields and to edit the current fields.

If this is not possible then you should refund every payment we've made for EasyStore. You had to run a free test period to fix all those flaws before asking us to pay for it.
