Create Menu Link To A Section

I followed the steps in this post https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/30284, but when I click on the menu item, it slides down the page, but nowhere near the section that the link refers to. What am I missing? The site is at https://awdtest1.com/en and the Pricing menu item stops well above the pricing section. Thanks

Here is the screen capture. You can see when clicking on Pricing it stops well short of the Pricing section that I drag the screen down to.
