SP Medical - How do I Create A Menu Link To A Department Or Doctor?

Hi,

I'm using the SP Medical extension which is included with the Nuron template.

Sorry, this is probably a very basic question, but how do I make a menu link to a specific department or doctor?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

I've obviously already consulted the (very light) documentation, but unfortunately it only explains how to link to a page listing all the departments or all the doctors, whereas I'm looking to link to a single department or a single doctor...

A page exists for each of these elements, so I imagine it should be possible to make a menu link to it?

Also, in terms of SEO, how can I manage the meta-data for these pages (title, description, keywords)?

Thanks for your help.

Hi

As per my knowledge there is no default option to do that. But I will add it in our request list so that our team will take care of it.

Hi,

No default option to do what ? Adding a link to a single department/doctor or managing meta description/keywords ? Or both ?

Honestly, I'm having a bit of trouble understanding how things as basic as creating a link to a page aren't possible... How are we supposed to use this extension then?

And there's still no answer here either... :/

Is there anyone still on board here at Joomshaper?

I've come to think that this forum is just as useless as your templates and extensions...

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately I don't see anything new in this screenshot; it shows how to make a link to all the departments, but not to a single department...

How can I choose a specific department (or doctor)?

There is no default option to do that, that's why I gave you this screenshot. I will add it in our feature request list, so that our team will take care of it.

Sorry, but I'm a bit confused as to why you've given me this screenshot to follow... To tell me that there's no way of doing something as basic as creating a link to a department or doctor?

Anyway, I guess it's not possible... So I'm still wondering how you're supposed to use this extension if you can't link to single departments or doctors?

Do you have any idea when your team will have updated this?

As for my question about the metadata for these pages, I imagine that there's no default option for managing this either?

There is no default option to do that as I previously mentioned above.

These were 2 different questions as I previously mentioned above.

Anyway, I'm giving up, I've understood that this extension can't be used in a real context.
