UPDATE

I followed the instructions and updated the .ini language file with the latest installation and the labels still arent showing properly. Any other solutions?

Hi Mike,

probably you done something wrong, maybe used wrong language file or not overrided old one or wrong folder. Those are 3 popular reasons. What is full name of your template?

Helix Ultimate should be 2.0.18 !

Hello, I overrided the language file in this folder: public_html/templates/shaper_helixultimate/

File name is: en-GB.tpl_shaper_helixultimate.ini

I used the file you provided in the .zip file.

What else am I missing?

Ok I will update the template. But to answer your question (WHY???) is because with every Helix install Ive ever used...updating the template always breaks my css files...specifically my Header styling...so I have to go back in and re-apply all my settings again to get it back to what I want....so I try to avoid updating the template unless I need to... It's an issue that Ive struggled with for years and havent gotten any resolution on. I echo many of the frustrations that are expressed in this post https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/5922
