Undefined Error And Request Failed With Status Code 403

I migrated my site to the final server and I am running into several problems:

  1. Helix won't let me save, "Undefined Error" appears
  2. I have a page in SPPB that does not allow me to make changes, when I try to save it says "Request failed with status code 403"

I'm noticing a lot of bugs lately in joomshaper developments. What's going on?

I need to solve this problem urgently

Hi Laura,

if you moved site from Hosting A to Hosting B, those problems can be from server settings, as almost always.

Have you checked Helix/SPPB documenation? We have tips also for that.
