Frontend Page Builder Won't Load

Hello, there was a problem with loading an external interface, when you click on the "edit page" button, the download just gets stuck on pre-loader image. What do I need to do to get the frontend working again?

I solved this problem, in the template settings I disabled Mootools and Mootools Fix, after that the frontend started working
