HTTP ERROR 500 - Not Load Frontend Editor Sp Page Builder Pro

When entering username and password in the fontend editor of sp page builder pro the page does not load, the following message appears: "This page does not work The page XXXXXXXX cannot process this request now. HTTP ERROR 500"
I always delete cache and cookies and it doesn't work, the same thing always happens to me and I can't solve it.
could you help me with this please.

If you have JCE Editor, please upgrade it to the latest version, clear the browser and Joomla cache and try again.

The php.ini file might set to only having 32 Mb memory. Changing it to 128 Mb can do the trick. If you are a Windows user, the path to file is /xampp/php/php.ini and if a MAC user, then /private/etc/php.ini.
