SP Page Builder Pro frontend editor cannot save with a CSP eval error

I cannot save a page when I open it in the SP Page Builder Pro frontend editor. Saving in the backend works. I expect to be able to save changes in the frontend editor too.

The browser displays this message: "Content Security Policy of you site blocks the use of eval in JavaScript".

I have the latest version installed. I checked .htaccess for the suggested redirect rule below, but it does not exist, so the proposed rule change does not apply:

RewriteCond %{ENV:REDIRECT_STATUS} ^$
RewriteRule ^index\.php(?:/(.*))?$ /$1 R=301,L

How can I resolve the CSP error and save pages in the frontend editor?
