Backend or Frontend Page Builder isn't loading for one page

I was making edits to a new page and after saving and reviewing the changes, which look good on the front end, the backend now just has a blank page with no column, rows, addons, etc. I've updated the template Sharper_Helix 3
I've updated Joomla 3.10.6
Reinstalled Page Builder and still nothing.

The page that is having difficulty is Home 2022

Here is our access= I have backups already so no need to use Akeeba.
