The Contact Form addon was overridden on the template and so Phone field was not showing. I have renamed this file and thus removed the override:

template/shaper_floox/sppagebuilder/addons/ajax_contact/_site.php

Your Form Email on the addon settings was not correctly set. I have set your site email address there. Now the email function will work.
