SP Page Builder Text Block Addon Not Working

Using fresh install of Joomla 5.1.0, Sp Page Builder Pro 3.8.10, when I go into a Page to modify, I have created a new row, went to "Add New Addon", choose the Text Block Addon, as soon as I click it, it would normally display the Page again with the addon - except it doesn't and just shows the top of the Page with all the orig content missing. I can hit refresh and it displays the unsaved Page normally to edit but can never get the addon in I was trying to add in the row. I cleared cache, etc. At a loss. Here is a screenshot of what it does after you hit an Addon item, just shows the header info and now no rows till I hit refresh. I can seem to add other Addons with no problems. Just seems to be the Text Block Addon. Any ideas? Edit - I can't seem to even Edit an existing Text Block addon, does the same thing. https://www.cloudhq.net/c/f0c6759177b2c3

Page Builder 3 - is outdated, not supported anymore. Please update to 5.3.x

Accepted AnswerOh man totally my bad. I was in a hurry for a customer in a pinch and you are correct, I downloaded the old version. v 5 was at the top of the download list and I ran right over it. lol Sorry about that and appreciate your reply!
