as I know that feature does not exist yet, by now your clients that extra Text can put in the Customer Note during purchase.

I understand the idea, because it is useful if you make/sell advertising materials such as T-shirts, Stickers or MoralePatches where customers can enter their own text.

It's on the wish-list. I hope in one of upcoming updates can be introduced.
