Bug In Text Block (not Possible To have Different Fonts For Different Devices

In the element Text Block I want to have the text at a Desktop at 1,75 em in font Caveat Brush and the same text at Mobile Portrait at 1,25 em in font Candal. It is possible to set different font sizes but it doesn't seem possible to store different fonts. Is this a bug?

No! Just nobody predicted that webmaster would like to use different font for that same text on different devices. You are the first person who asked for that as I remember.
By now you have to use Custom CSS and force different font-family.
