If we talk about a single Text addon, from settings you cannot set it, yet. Use basic Custom CSS to make it work. Example:

.sppb-addon-text-block .sppb-addon-content {column-count: 2; column-gap: 20px; }

Yes, in current version of SPPB in Text addon you can choose columns just from addon settings.
