Unei Offcanvas Menu Not Showing After J4 Upgrade

offcanvas menu not showing after J4 upgrade. i have tried to enable/disable module, recreate the menu and moved from right to left. nothing works

tested on mobile and browser emulator and confirm it doesnt show up. i'm referring to the hamberguer menu associated to my main menu.

yes i have tried all of that. and i had tried inspecting the code as well but i can't find the issue.

when i swith the template to helixultimate, the humberger menu appairs, but not show with unei. so there must be a template issue.
