Product Import Doesn't do Anything

I have tried to import products into EasyStore using an exported product as the example; but when I click on Import, the page simply hangs and no products ever get imported.
Nothing times out and no errors are displayed - just nothing happens at all

Thanks for contacting us. Could you please keep a full site backup and reinstall the Easystore? Then clear your Joomla cache and try again. You can follow this link below:

Accepted AnswerI presume you mean to re-install the EasyStore COMPONENT??? (there is no "template" called EasyStore)

The "sample" file which can be downloaded from EasyStore will import correctly, but the second ANYTHING is changed within that file, it stops importing again!
Below is a copy of the data I've tried importing (yes, I've made sure it's saved as CSV) - NOTHING works! There's clearly a bug in here somewhere...!
