Blank Mobile Menu

Some users are reporting a blank mobile menu and can't login. Any idea how to fix this? It is only happening to certian users. Some are Mac, Some are PC.

  1. Disable & enable the off-canvas menu module.

Hi, could you please let me know where that setting is? and to confirm, I disable and then enable again?

Module manager > disable and enable your off-canvas position menu module.
