i installed a quick start guide of edulif template to my hosting website unfortunately it did not work, I decided to instal and configure in a different hosting as a subdomain, it works, but when I migrate it to my host it gives an error that

This page isn’t working create-greenafrica.udsm.ac.tz is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

This happens for the front end but the back end is accessible. If I delete everything in the index.php, it display the files in the server. It seems this is the problem with the index.php file probably. My host has failed to resolve the issue. How can I resolve it?
