Helix Menu Doesn't Show New Menu Entry On Desktop

I wanted to add a new option to the menu however, the new entry "2. Liga Männer" (there are supposed to be two of those) doesn't show on the desktop version (but is showing on phone and tablet-version) and I can't get my head around why this is happening... Anybody knows how to solve this?

(Joomla 4.4.6)

I have fixed the layout here. The second menu item (the problematic one) added on the first column was in the last. I have dragged it to the top.
