After Installing SP Page Builder Pro It is Not Shown --> Still Only SP Page Builder

Hi, after having a lot of trouble with my payment for SP Page Builder Pro, I payed it a second time. But this is now not the problem. I have downloaded SP Page Builder Pro and install it to my WebPage there is still SP Page Builder shown under the components and not the Pro. I just followed the steps mentioned in the documentation and got the information that component installation finished with green color. But it seems that this is not the case. What can I do to use the payed Pro version?? Thanks Jörg

Accepted AnswerCan you use all PRO features, If Yes - just use them. Indeed in DE version was without "Pro" word.
I installed you new DE for SPPB and now you should see that :)

Accepted AnswerHi Rashida, I have changed the user, you should have the super user rights now. Regarding the missing features, first of all I see in folder components just SP Page Builder and not ... Pro as it was before with the older version I bought. I had a problem with uploading the image, it just shows the components and shows SP Page Builder installed and not SP Page Builder Pro. Thanks for working access. Indeed it was problem becuase you had installed and enabled both Update plugins for Lite and Pro version. I reinstalled with Pro version, and now should be OK for today, and future days.
Remember to clear browser cache, just in case.

Maybe in German language, you have name without "pro" that's all. Relax.

sorry to get back to you ones again. I have cleared the Browser Cache, cleared the one in Joomla, loged on again and still I see only SP Page Builer and not Pro. Could you give me some tips to make me able to see also the Pro version? Sorry I'm not able to upload a picture, clicking on insert image it does not let me upload. Thanks Jörg
