Travelin Coming Soon Page

Hi support team, I installed the Travelin template and use the coming soon feature. Eventually, the signup field doesn't work. Whenever I enter an email account I receive this error message "Some problem occurred, please try again.". I wonder what is my mistake, as I couldn't find some reference to this field. Also no reference to any package handling this supbscibers list.

Would you please give me your admin access to check? However, you may try to disable comimg soon option from the template and turn on the site offline option in the Joomla global configuration to see if it helps!
