Hi Marek.

You have to download and install IcoMoon.

If you don't want to pay extra, choose "Free Plan" from icomoon.io then https://icomoon.io/app/#/select choose needed icons > Click "Generate Font" (at the bottom) > Click Download > Use it.

In similar way works others.

Use them in other way. I am sure that every icon liblaray has its own manual how to use them on the web.

Yes, This is a valid assumption. However, for now you have to use images or Raw HTML and a manually typed font code.
