Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

I have checked and your backend, and 'load font awesome' option was off.

So I have turned it on and your icons are loading now.

Please check and let me know.

Thanks very much for your comments and answers! I saw your custom css code that had your name. It was very helpfull for me!!

I already gave review on page builder and it was negative if I remeber correctly. It's a very good product , you made a lot of quality work and definatly improve joomla websites a lot!

However, not all people on your support and team really love their work. Not all of them would like to really help like you. For example I'm reading the documentadion and your articles; I didn't realize for 2-3 years where exactly to add the cusom css code! There is one place inside the template and another place (for small code) inside the template modifications.

Once again thanks for your help and support.

Hi Angelo,

Glad that I could help:) And sorry for your bad experiences with our support :(

Here is all about custom Code placement in Helix Ultimate:

Where did you review us and with which name? May I get any improvement with your review now, please? I will be grateful to you if you consider this...

Once again thanks for your help and support!

I know this article. But please make it clear that "Custom Code in Template Options" is only for SMALL CODE!! I use to add code there...

The correct place is Custom Code by Files!!

One person from your team (i don't remeber who and it doesn't matters) told it's ok to add code on "Custom Code in Template Options".

Another suggestion is to make short videos! It will take less time for you, comparing the article and it will be more effective! Even videos without speaking it will be ok.

Last but not least it doesnt say that even if we change the code there, on custom css file we need to clear the cache of the browser!!

PS I use other extentions like easy blog. They have their own CSS code inside the component... Unbelivable mess...

In any case, I'm fixing now the code on my website.

Keep in touch and thanks for your good work-support!
